Are you clearing your energy and trying to find some balance too?
Whenever I can’t seem to pin 📌 point my day or thoughts, I make it a habit to just hit the gym. Consistency is key and whenever I can get there I do so, and let the rest flow to me as I go.
• After getting the kids to school I Worked my legs into noodles today at the gym. Before going home I stopped by #petsmart to grab a few things for my chameleon Rosemary. Her enclosure has its own micro habitat growing inside 🤮 and her Day light always goes out so it’s safe to say my day is moving forward.
