Each week we focus on mobility and Movement, Every 4 Sundays. we reset the location and distance desired working up towards about 4/5 miles *strollers welcomed 1st Sunday 1-2 miles 2nd Sunday 2-3 miles 3rd Sunday 3-4 miles [etc.]

About the Event
The Walk to Run Club will provide a structured program designed for women of all fitness levels, promoting gradual progression from walking to running. The program aims to build strength, endurance, and camaraderie among participants.

The First Sunday is HIIT focused meaning we will have interval sprints or workouts. You do not have to sprint if you don’t want to.
The second Sunday we meet is strictly walking so you are welcome to bring your dog!
